Bridget Ball, SHRM-CP, founded CultureConnect after years of working in organizational psychology and human resources, where she witnessed firsthand how remote and hybrid work environments were weakening the informal relationships that sustain healthy workplace cultures.
CultureConnect was created to rebuild those missing spaces, helping organizations foster stronger relationships, healthier cultures, and more connected teams.
Bridget’s work sits at the intersection of organizational psychology, workplace culture research, and the future of work. She is currently pursuing graduate research focused on workplace well-being and the social infrastructure of modern organizations.
